摘要
目的了解医学生对抗菌药物的认知水平及使用现状,为开展健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法对安徽省某医学院692名医学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果医学生抗菌药物总体知晓率为50%,对抗菌药物使用现状的判断正确率较高,均高于50%。不同生源地,不同专业医学生对抗菌药物使用现状的判断力虽有不同,但差异不显著,其中药学专业学生有较高的抗菌药物知识知晓率;参与调查的一半以上(53.2%)学生普通认为应加大相关知识宣传力度,加强监管很必要。结论医学生群体对抗菌药物的认知度不高,有必要采取针对性干预措施提高医学生对抗菌药物的认知。
Objective To investigate the medical students' cognitive level and using status of antibiotics,providing the scientific basis for conducting health education.Methods The 692 students in a medical college in the Anhui province were selected through stratified cluster sampling method,the outcomes were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results Medical students' overall awareness of antibiotics was 50%,judgment accuracy on the current status of the antibiotics use is higher,more than 50%. Students from different area and in different major have different judgment on the use status of antibiotics,but the difference is not significant. The student majored pharmacy have a higher awareness rate of antibacterial drugs. More than half of the student( 53. 2%)participated in the survey think should increase knowledge propaganda,it is necessary to strengthen supervision.Conclusions The awareness of reasonable use of antibiotics is generally poor among the medical students,it is necessary to take a targeted intervention measures to improve medical students' cognition on antibiotics.
