风险意识管理在手术室护理中应用对护理质量的影响

The effect of risk consciousness management on nursing quality in operation room

目的分析在手术室护理中应用风险意识管理对护理质量的影响。方法 2015年8月至2016年6月,选取手术室患者100例,按手术室管理方法不同随机平均分为两组,对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予风险意识管理。对比两组护理质量考核评分,对比两组护理差错率、风险率、纠纷率,调查护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量考核中服务态度、文书质量、操作技能、风险识别与管理能力分值以及总分均明显高于对照组;观察组纠纷率(0.00%)、差错率(2.00%)、风险率(4.00%)均明显低于对照组(4.00%、14.00%、12.00%);观察组护理总满意率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(76.00%)。P均<0.05。结论风险意识管理用于手术室护理中能显著提高护理质量,减少风险、护理差错和纠纷,提高护理满意率。

Objective Analyze the impact of risk consciousness management on the quality of nursing in operating room.Methods During August 2015 and June 2016,the author selected 100 cases of patients received surgery,according to the management method in the operating room the patients were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group was given risk consciousness management, the control group using conventional management mode. Nursing quality assessment score,nursing error rate,risk and disputes rate of the two groups were compared,and investigated the nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of service attitude,clerical quality,operation skills,risk identification,management ability and total score of observation group were significantly higher than the control group. Disputes rate（ 0.00%）,error rate（ 2.00%） and risk rate（ 4.00%） of observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ 4. 00%,14. 00%,12. 00%）. Total satisfaction rate（ 90.00%） of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（ 76.00%）,P〈0.05.Conclusions Risk management applied in the operating room can significantly improve the quality of nursing,reduce risk,nursing error and disputes,and improve nursing satisfaction.
