摘要
目的探讨动态心电图对冠心病患者心律失常的应用价值。方法挑选2014年6月-2016年6月我院所收治60例冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组执行常规心电图检测,观察组执行动态心电图检测,对比两组诊断结果。结果对比心律失常阳性检测率,对照组为检出率为66.7%,观察组检出率为90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比房性早搏成对,房性早搏二、三联律,室性早搏成对,室性早搏二、三联律与短阵室上速检出率,观察组检测率比对照组要高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比常规心电图,动态心电图可检测出病人任一时间点的心律失常发作时间和频率、冠脉缺血情况,可以更准确、更精细地监测病人心电信号,对冠心病与心律失常的诊断灵敏度高,诊断效果比常规心电图诊断效果要优,值得大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of ambulatory electrocardiography in evaluating arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional electrocardiography, and those in the observation group were given ambulatory electrocardiography. The resuhs of diagnosis were compared between the two groups. Results There was a significant difference in the detection rate of arrhythmia between the observation group and the control group (90% vs 66.7%, P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher detection rates of paired atrial premature heats, bigeminal and trigeminal atrial premature beats, paired ventricular premature beats, bigeminal and trigeminal ventricular premature beats, and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional electrocardiography, ambulatory electrocardiography can detect the duration and frequency of arrhythmia attacks at any time point and the condition of coronary ischemia and monitor patients' electrocardiosignal more precisely and subtly. It also has a high sensitivity in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia and has a better diagnostic effect than conventional electrocardiography. Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
