摘要
柴油机冷却水套结构对水流场分布、冷却效果及零部件工作的可靠性有直接影响。基于CFD仿真平台,分析了冷却水套上水孔(机体冷却水套上到缸盖底面位置)不同角度对整机及单缸水流场的影响。结果表明:计算得到的气液相变区域与实机发生区域较为吻合;上水孔角度选为0°时,整机水流场分布较15°角时更为合理,流动死区得到显著改善,单缸水套计算得到的含气率随上水孔角度变化不明显。
Diesel engine cooling water jacket structure has direct influences on flow field distribution,cooling effect and the reliability of components and parts. This article analyses the impact of different upper nozzle angles on the whole flow field of diesel engine and single cylinder flow field based on CFD simulation platform. The results illustrate that: the place of phase transition area through CFD is similar as physical machine. When the angle of upper nozzle chooses 0°, the distribution of whole flow field of diesel engine becomes better than 15°angle of upper nozzle, and the volume fraction of single cylinder has little changes.
