摘要
目前多数工程项目要素集成管理的研究都是基于两要素或三要素的集成管理研究,对工程项目进度、成本、质量、安全和环保五要素的全面集成研究较少。通过参考相关的工程管理规范与制度,结合专家访谈,构建了五要素的各系统序参变量分量的初始集,并根据大样本的调查结果对各序参变量分量进行了修正与调整。在此基础上,结合协同学理论,通过将工程项目五要素有序度加入到模型中,构建了能体现五要素不同子系统之间以及子系统内部要素协同程度的协同度模型。并将该模型运用于某市快速路建设项目中,验证了模型的有效性。
At present,most integrated models of project management are based on two elements or three elements,the integrated models of five elements including project schedule,cost,quality,environmental,and safety are less. Firstly,we researched on project management practices and systems,and then combined them with experts' advice,so as to build an initial set parameter variable of five elements. Secondly,we amended and adjusted the parameter variables of five elements based on the findings of a large number of surveys. Thirdly,we build a project management integrated mold based on the synergistic theory,which includes five elements. Finally,the model is applied to a city fast road construction project,the results showed that the integrated model of five elements which based on the synergistic theory is effective.
