随着经济全球化的发展和我国对外贸易的增长,港口在促进经济发展的进程中发挥着越来越大的作用,有统计显示,我国近90%的对外贸易是通过海运实现的,航海业的快速发展使港口在经济发展中的地位更加重要。而港口对腹地有吸引和辐射作用,腹地的发展又是港口发展的动力来源,为了实现"港城互动,港城共荣"的目标,因此探讨港口与腹地的问题越来越受到人们的重视。
