环首都经济圈土地资源经济评价

The economic evaluation of Land resources in the economic circle area ring capital

选择环首都经济圈为研究对象,基于土地生产率、土地利用程度、土地投入强度和土地集约效率四个子系统选取构建经济评价指标体系,借助SPSS软件,采用因子分析法分别计算了土地生产率、土地利用程度、土地投入强度和土地集约效率。根据评价结果,从四个方面分别阐述土地经济评价的区域差异及原因,以期能更好的为区域土地资源可持续利用提供参考。

The paper chose the economic circle area ring capital as the research object. Basing on the land productivity, land use degree, land input intensity and land intensive selection efficiency four subsystem to build economic evaluation index system. The land productivity, land use degree, land input intensity and efficiency of land consolidation were calculate respectively with the method of factor analysis by SPSS software. According to the evaluation results, the regional differences and the reasons of the economic evaluation of land were discussed from four aspects respectively. In order to provide reference for sustainable utilization of regional land resources better.
