苗族地区社会与生态系统和谐元素的探讨

Discussion on the Harmonious Elements of Social and Ecological System in the Miao Nationality Region

当前我国生态环境的保护、和谐社会的维护主要是依据国家制定法来执行的,但是相关问题并不能得到全面的解决,在这种背景下寻求多元化的治理模式成为一种迫切的需要。苗族作为我国一个古老的少数民族,因其特殊的生产方式和生活习惯,在维系社会秩序、保护生态环境方面发挥着重要的影响。本文主要运用文献调研法对苗族地区有关生态环境保护和社会和谐发展的和谐因素进行探讨。研究发现苗族地区的榔规榔约、民间禁忌、自然崇拜以及图腾崇拜等对生态环境的保护起到了积极的作用;同时,苗族地区的礼仪、民俗、苗族人民的重情重义、团结互助等也是加强社会稳定和谐发展的基本要素。通过对比苗族传统文明和"现代文明",吸收苗族地区传统文化中符合时代发展要求的和谐元素,最终对我们现代社会保护生态环境、维护和谐社会提出启示。

At present, the protection of the ecological environment and the maintenance of the harmonious society in our country are mainly carried out according to the national laws, but the relevant problems can not be solved completely, in this context, to seek pluralistic governance modes becomes an urgent need. As an ancient ethnic minority in China, the Miao nationality has played an important role in maintaining social order and protecting the ecological environment because of its special mode of production and living habits. In this paper, it mainly uses the literature research method to discuss the harmonious factors of ecological environment protection and social harmonious development of the Miao nationality area. The study found that in the Miao area the Lang rules, folk taboo, natural worship, totem worship, etc for the protection of the ecological environment has played a positive role. At the same time, etiquette, folk custom of Miao area and the Miao People to conduct with good kindness and to unite intimately are the basic elements to strengthen the social stability and harmonious development. By comparing the Miao traditional civilization and the ＂modern civilization＂, to absorb Miao region traditional culture elements to meet the requirements of social development in harmony. Finally, we put forward the enlightenment to our modern society to protect the ecological environment and maintain a harmonious society.
