益气养阴生血颗粒对SD大鼠外周血象影响的研究

Study on the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Shengxue Granules on the peripheral blood in SD rats

目的观察益气养阴生血颗粒对SD大鼠外周血象影响。方法选取144只健康SD大鼠按体重分为4组,每组36只,雌雄各半。对照组灌胃等量去离子水,大、中、小剂量组分别给予益气养阴颗粒16.8、10.2、6.0 g/kg。干预24周,停药1个月,分别在干预3个月、6个月、停药1个月后检测SD大鼠外周血象。结果干预3、6个月后以及停药1个月时,与对照组比较,各剂量组红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、网织红细胞(RET)均无明显变化。干预3个月后,各剂量组外周血血小板(PLT)计数较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预6个月后,中、小剂量组外周血PLT计数较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药1个月后,中剂量组外周血PLT计数较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴生血颗粒长期用药不但能够稳定血象,且对PLT计数具有提升效应。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Shengxue Granules on the peripheral blood in SD rats. Methods A total of 144 healthy SD rats were divided into 4 groups according to the body weight with 36 rats in each group, half male and half female. The control group was given equal amount of deionized water by gavage,and the intervention groups were given Yiqi Yangyin Granules in large,medium and small dose of 16. 8,10. 2,6. 0 g / kg respectively for 24 weeks and then drugs were stopped for 1month. The peripheral blood of SD rats was detected in 3 months, 6 months of the intervention and 1 month after drug withdrawal. Results In 3 months,6 months of the intervention and 1 month after drug withdrawal,RBC,HGB,WBC,NEU,RET values of each dose group had no much changes compared with the control. In 3 months of the intervention the PLT count in the peripheral blood of each dose group were increased compared with the control group,the differences had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）; In 6 months of the intervention,the PLT count in the peripheral blood of medium and small dose group were increased compared with the control group,the differences had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. In 1 month after drug withdrawal,the PLT count in the peripheral blood of medium dose group were increased compared with the control group,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion A long-term medication of Yiqi Yangyin Shengxue Granules can not only stabilize the blood,but also raise the platelet count.
