摘要
本文以某车型为例建立了刚柔耦合的多连杆悬架模型,对悬架硬点和衬套刚度进行灵敏度分析,得到了各硬点的位置变化和衬套刚度对目标值的影响和贡献量,通过调整部分硬点和衬套刚度对多连杆悬架进行优化,提高整车开发效率。
This paper establishes a multi link suspension model of rigid flexible coupling with a vehicle, analyzes the suspension hard points and bushing stiffness sensitivity, obtaines the position changes of the hard points and bushing stiffness influence on the target value and contribution, optimizes the multi link suspension by adjusting the hard point and bushing stiffness, improves the vehicle development efficiency.
