某车螺栓无法预紧到位问题分析及优化

摘要 以某车型紧固件无法预紧到位问题为例,从紧固件技术参数、紧固系统生产流程、安装工艺、生产现场等方面对失效原因进行剖析,验证了螺纹精度、焊接高温、预涂锁固胶等影响螺纹副配合的重要因素。针对失效原因给出了具体优化方案。 A model of fasteners not preload in place as an example, from the analysis of the failure reasons of technical parameters, the fastener system production process, installation process, production and other aspects, it proves that the thread precisionan important factor, welding high temperature, pre coated locking glue are the important factors affecting the screw pair matching, presents the specific optimization scheme for the failure.
