摘要
目的研究蒲公英中绿原酸提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性。方法紫外光谱法与高效液相色谱法对蒲公英提取液中的绿原酸进行定量与定性分析;打孔法研究提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性。结果蒲公英绿原酸8mg·m L-1提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性与50%庆大霉素作用效果相当,15mg·m L-1提取液对大肠杆菌抑菌活性与50%庆大霉素作用效果相当。蒲公英绿原酸提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为8mg·m L-1,而对大肠杆菌的MIC为15mg·m L-1。结论蒲公英中绿原酸提取液具有较强的抑菌性,能较好抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的生长活性。两者比较,蒲公英绿原酸提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌比对大肠杆菌有更好的抑菌活性。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the antibacterial activity of chlorogenic acid in dandelion extract against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. METHODS The quantitative and qualitative analysis of chlorogenic acid were developed by UV and HPLC. The antibacterial activity of the extract on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coil was determined by drilling method. RESULTS The antibacterial activity of 8mg·m L- 1chlorogenic acid extract on Staphylococcus aureus was equivalent to 50% gentamicin. The 15mg·m L- 1extract solution had a equivalent antibacterial activity agianst Escherichia coil to 50% gentamicin. The MIC of chlorogenic acid extract against Staphylococcus aureus was 8mg·m L- 1while it was 15mg·m L- 1for Escherichia coil. CONCLUSION Chlorogenic acid extract from Dandelion has excellent antibacterial activity,which could inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Moreover,the extract had better antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus than Escherichia coli.
