固定床加压气化废水综合处理技术研究与应用进展

Application and research on treatment technologies of fixed bed coal-gasification wastewater

固定床加压气化技术产生的废水量巨大,组成复杂,难降解的有机物含量高。综述了国内外关于煤气化废水处理技术的物化预处理、生化处理和深度处理三方面的研究现状、发展方向和应用情况,重点分析了各处理技术的工艺机理、技术特点和存在问题。指出进行不同物化预处理、生化处理和深度处理的合理组合是煤气化废水治理的发展方向,并对具体工艺选择时需关注的问题做了重点说明。

Fixed bed coal-gasification wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition and high concentrations of recalcitrant compounds. The research status, development trends and engineering applications were reviewed from three aspects, including physico-chemical pretreatment, biological treatment and advanced treatment, the technology mechanism, technical characteristics and application situation were highlight analyzed. It is pointed out that the rational combination of physico-chemical pretreatment, biological treatment and advanced treatment can be the development trend of treatment of coal gasification wastewater. The considering problems during selecting specific technologies were detailed.
