摘要
以国务院学位办批准在教育硕士专业学位下增设职业技术教育领域,开展中等职业学校硕士层次教师培养为出发点,分析我国中等职业学校硕士层次教师培养的路径选择。借鉴德国职业教育教师(培训师)培养实践,提出我国职业技术教育领域教育硕士培养措施建议,包括发挥院校主体作用、实现招生考试突破、优先重点领域培养、强化两个场所实践、突出三个能力提升、推进四个方面协同。
Beginning with the approval by the degree office of the State Council to add vocational and technical education field to the professional master degree of education to cultivate teachers serving secondary vocational schools, the path choices of master degree cultivation in our country is analyzed. Adapted from the cultivation practices of vocational education teachers(trainer) in German, for the cultivation of master of education in vocational education in our country, it's suggested to take colleges and universities as the main part, reform the entrance examination, give priority to significant fields, strengthen two-field practice, stress the lifting of three abilities and promote four-part synergy.
