摘要
中职教师在职培训是保证中职教育质量的重要手段之一,通过对2015年中职学校专业骨干教师国家培训的区域经济、专业等数据进行分析,发现当前在中职教育师资培训方面还存在轻视中部地区教师培训、对新兴专业关注不够、未充分考虑地区经济发展趋势等问题。中职教师专业发展培训要加强中部地区职业教育教师培训投入,侧重新兴专业教师在职培训,匹配地区产业转型升级调整培训专业。
In-service training is one of important means to ensure the quality of secondary vocational education. Through the analysis of the data of regional economy and specialty of the national training for backbone teachers in secondary vocational schools in 2015, it is found that there exist problems in current training for secondary vocational education teachers, such as despising the training for teachers from central region, insufficient attention to emerging specialty, not fully considering the trend of regional economic development. Thus, it is proposed that the vocational training of secondary vocational teachers should strengthen the investment in training for vocational education teacher of central region, focus on on-the-job training teachers serving emerging specialties, and adjust training specialty to match restructuring and upgrading of regional industry.
