新加坡经济社会的快速发展,科学务实的职业教育政策功不可没。2014年,新加坡未来技能委员会设立未来技能基金,推出未来技能在职培训、未来技能培训补助等系列计划,以职业生命周期为主轴,为职业人士提供定制化培训服务。我国各级政府应借鉴新加坡的经验,更加强调终身学习和技能培训,着力创新培训内容和方式,打通技能培训和职业发展的各个环节,为经济增长和社会发展不断提供可用之才。

The scientific and pragmatic vocational education policies make undeniable contributions to the rapid development of economic and society in Singapore. In 2014, Singapore＇s Skills Future Council set up the Skills Future Fund and launched the On-The-Job Training, Training Subsidy and other plans for cultivating future skills, aiming to provide customized training services for professionals centered on the career life cycle. It is suggested for the governments at all levels of China to learn from the experience of Singapore to pay more emphasis on lifelong learning and skills training, take great pains to innovative training contents and methods and open up all links of skills training and career development, so as to provide more practical talents for the economic growth and social development.
