新常态下高职创新创业教育的现实困囿、成因及路径

大力推进高校毕业生创新创业,是新时期我国经济社会发展转型进入新常态下的战略选择,也是"双创时代"实现大学生高质量就业的必由之路。在我国高职创新创业教育中,由于理念认知错位、激励机制偏移、支撑平台缺失,而使其陷入到"工具化"、"功利化"以及"悬浮化"的困境之中。面对当前复杂严峻的就业形势,应加快推进高职创新创业教育改革,重塑创新创业教育理念,树立正确的文化价值导向;构建"多主体"的创新创业教育参与体系;建立"全覆盖、分层次、差异化"的创新创业教育体系;打造"专业—就业—创新创业"融会贯通的实践教学体系。

To promote innovation and entrepreneurship of college graduates is a strategic choice for China to develop in the new era when China＇ s economic and social development has transformed into the new normal, and is the only way to achieve quality employment of college students in ＂double-hit era＂ .Higher innovation and entrepreneurship education of China is in predicament of ＂tools＂ and ＂utilitarian＂ and ＂suspension＂ . Therefore, it is suggested to reform innovation and entrepreneurship education and remodel its concept to set up correct cultural value orientation, construct a ＂multi-agent＂ involved innovation and entrepreneurship education system, establish a ＂full coverage, hierarchical and differentiated＂ of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and create ＂specialty- employment-innovation and entrepreneurship＂ linked practical Teaching system.
