摘要
高职毕业生高就业率的背后隐藏着就业质量不高的问题,通过对某信息类高职院校应届毕业生的就业情况进行问卷调查和访谈,结果显示,接受调研的334名应届毕业生整体就业情况为:初次就业率达86%,相对较高;初次就业区域流向较优;毕业生的就业成就感比较高;毕业生起始薪酬比较高。但也存在就业满意度不高、就业稳定性不强、发展平台较低等问题,从而提出信息类高职院校应明确办学定位、优化人才培养模式、完善就业指导等策略。
Behind the high employment rate of higher vocational college graduates, there is the problem of low quality of employment. The results of questionnaire survey and interview of the graduates majoring in information show that among 334 graduates, the initial employment rate is 86%, which is relatively high; their initial employment area is good; their sense of achievement is high; and their starting salary is handsome. However, there are some problems, such as their low employment satisfaction, low stability of employment and low development platform. The information vocational colleges should make clear the orientation of school-running, optimize the training mode and perfect the employment guidance.
