充分利用互联网平台,可弥补骨干师资培训日常教学和培训中出现的诸多不足。借助"互联网+"进行师资培训的价值诉求主要体现在:对培训前期沟通诉求、学员全员互动的效果诉求、培训内容对学员"碎片化"时间的整合能力诉求和培训学习的空间拓展诉求。利用互联网开展参培需求调查,优化培训教学管理,开展培训效果调研,以此构建基于"互联网+"的国家骨干师资培训新模式。
