摘要 充分利用互联网平台,可弥补骨干师资培训日常教学和培训中出现的诸多不足。借助"互联网+"进行师资培训的价值诉求主要体现在:对培训前期沟通诉求、学员全员互动的效果诉求、培训内容对学员"碎片化"时间的整合能力诉求和培训学习的空间拓展诉求。利用互联网开展参培需求调查,优化培训教学管理,开展培训效果调研,以此构建基于"互联网+"的国家骨干师资培训新模式。 Full utilization of the internet platform can cover many shortages occurred during the daily teaching and training of backbone teachers training. Value propositions of teachers training with the help of "Internet +" are mainly manifested in: pre-training communication, all participants' interaction, ability to integrate the training contents with "fragmented" time of participants and spatial expansion of training and learning. Taking advantage of the internet to carry out training demand investigation, optimize training teaching management and conduct training effect survey, so as to establish a new mode of national backbone teachers training based on "Internet +".
