高校课程质量评价存在的问题及其改进——基于全国49所高校的现状调查 被引量:46

The Problems and the Improvement of the University Course Quality Evaluation:Based on the Investigation of 49 Universities

摘要 在当前高校课程质量评价实践中,普遍存在评价主体与管理主体职责不清、评价客体错位、评价标准泛化、评价环节不完整以及评价改进功能体现不足等问题。针对以上问题,高校应成立或完善独立建制的课程或教学质量评价中心,促进课程质量管办评分离;分类分层,重构和细分课程质量评价标准;创新课程评价方法,促进课程利益相关者之间的协商。 The correct understanding and evaluation of the university course quality is the key to improve the course quality, the study discussed the problems in the university course quality evaluation and put forwards relative suggestions. Existed problems in course quality evaluation refer to the unsuitable of the evaluation subject, object, standard, progress and function. To solve the above problems, the paper put forwarded some suggestions: an independent course quality evaluation center should be set up to help the separation of the authority, management and assessment subject of the course quality, the course quality standard should be rebuilt by the Hierarchical and classicistic principle, the evaluation method should be innovated which emphasis the negotiation mechanism between the different course stakeholders.
