摘要
针对电厂锅炉泄露状态评估问题,提出一种锅炉状态的在线识别评估方法。该方法将灰色系统中的灰靶理论引入到电厂锅炉泄露状态评估中,首先设计一种基于ZigBee的电厂锅炉在线监测系统;然后将监测到的泄露气体数据进行分析,给出锅炉泄露状态评估的算法步骤;最后根据锅炉状态按泄露程度的不同给出锅炉分级的方法,来预测其锅炉泄露的状态。实验表明,提出的方法能够有效地解决在没有标准故障模型的情况下锅炉状态识别的问题,为锅炉状态评估提供了一种新途径。
For the problem of state assessment for power plant boiler leak,a boiler state line identification assess-ment method is proposed. This method introduces the gray target theory into the state boiler leaked state assess-ment,first to design a power plant boiler-line monitoring system based on ZigBee,then monitored gas leak data andanalysed them to give the state of the boiler leaked assessment algorithm steps,and finally given the different meth-ods according to the disclosure of the extent of boiler stage in order to predict the state of the boiler leaks. Experi-ments show that the proposed method can effectively solve boiler state identification problems without standard faultmodel,for boiler state providing a new way to assess.
