摘要
基于绩效考核的薪酬分配作为现代医院绩效管理的重要组成部分,是实现医院长远规划和战略目标的重要举措。随着我国医疗体制改革的深入,各大医院也纷纷转变分配机制。文章结合新医改要求,具体介绍某专科医院通过对临床工作量和工作质量的考核进行绩效工资分配的经验,并结合多年的实践操作进行总结思考。
As an important part of performance management in modern hospitals,the salary distribution based on performance appraisal is an important measure to achieve the long-term planning and strategic objectives of the hospital. With the deepening of China's reform of the medical system,many hospitals have also changed the distribution mechanism. This paper introduces the practice of performance salary based on clinical workload and work quality of a hospital.
