基于单病种限价自然分娩住院床日与费用分析

Study on the Hospitalization Days and Costs of Natural Childbirth Based on Single Disease Price Fixing

目的探讨单病种限价基础上自然分娩最佳住院床日。方法按照北京市自然分娩单病种结算人均次1900元做为标准,将选取236例数据资料按床日进行排序、分组,用CHISS统计软件包进行统计处理。结果住院4日为明显的住院费用超标节点。结论自然分娩以住院3~4天为宜。

Objective To explore the most ideal hospitalization time for natural childbirth. Methods According to the Beijing Municipal Natural Childbirth single disease settlement,1900 yuan per capita was considered as the standard. Data of 236 cases was selected and grouped according to the number of days of hospitalization and these data were processed by the Chiss statistical software package for statistical analysis. Results 4 hospitalization days is obviously the standard time node for hospitalization expense. Conclusion 3-4 days of hospitalization is most ideal for natural childbirth.
