军校学员野外驻训伤病调查

Research of Military Students Injury in Field Training

目的拉练与野外驻训是军校学员常规训练科目,常导致伤病发生,文章开展相关调查分析,提升卫勤保障效能。方法利用描述性分析方法,统计训练过程中常见伤病发生率极其构成比,并收集药品消耗数量及其相应比例,依此分析伤病发生原因。结果拉练参与学员一共599名,受伤学员270人,经分析后发现男女学员之间发病有差异,拉练前期训练与未训练的学员之间发病也有差异;收集拉练发生伤病共计689例次,其中易发伤病前五位为足底水疱、感冒、脚部红肿、踝关节扭伤、膝关节疼痛。发放药品793份;前五位消耗药品为碘伏、麝香解痛膏、创可贴、碘氯叮、云南白药。结论医疗保障应结合伤病发生概率提供针对性医疗保障,其对于科学合理筹措卫生资源,减少非战斗减员具有重要作用。

Objective Field training is a regular training course for military students. However,field training often leads to injuries. To improve the effect of health service,we carried out a retrospective analysis for field training injury. Methods All the data were collected during the field training. Descriptive statistics,including proportion and rate,were used to show the incidence rate and causes of injuries during the training. According to the injuries,the consumption of medicine was also collected. Results Totally 599 students participated in the field training and 270 of them were injured. Gender and training were influencing factors of the disease. A total of689 cases of injuries occurred. The most common diseases were foot blisters,cold,swelling of the feet,ankle sprain and knee pain. Totally 793 copies of medicine were distributed. Iodophor,musk pain relief cream,Band-Aid,Iodine chloride,Yunnan Baiyao spray were frequently used. Conclusion Medical support in the wild field training should be more specific according to the injuries and diseases spectrum. Health resources should be provided more scientifically and reasonably to reduce the non-combat injury.
