摘要
针对甲醛监测仪监测区域点固定、功耗高、性能单一等问题,设计了以MSP430单片机作为控制核心,多子机网点辅助监测,NRF24L01无线通信的甲醛监测装置。提出间歇式数据采集方案以降低系统功耗,采用均值滤波器及扩展卡尔曼滤波器相结合的方式进行数据滤波,以保证数据的准确性。最终测试结果表明,系统能对甲醛高含量区域进行重点监测,其平均功耗仅为13.56 m W,且检测误差小于3%,主要适用于民用检测场合。
In view of the shortage and limitation of traditional formaldehyde monitor,such as fixed monitoring area, high power consumption and single performance,MSP430 microcontroller is used as control core and a NRF24L01 wireless communication device supported by multi machine network monitor is designed. The intermittent data collection program mentioned in this paper can reduce the power consumption of the system. The data filter algorithm is realized by combining the two different ways of the mean filter and the extended Kalman filter in order to guarantee the accuracy of the data. The test results show that this system can make key monitoring to high-density formaldehyde region(with average power consumption just 13.56 mW and detection error less than 3%)and that this system can be mainly applied for the civil detection.
