精密测量多功能实验台的研制

Development of Multifunctional Experimental Platform for Precision Measurement

研制了一套用于精密测量的多功能实验台,主要由刮研平板、研磨导轨滑块、调平地脚、磁性表座及测量配件组成。该实验台采用模块化设计,结构简单,易操作,方便装拆,既可作为零部件检测的操作台,也可作为机构试验的实验台,又可以作为小型机器的装调平台。在零部件检测、试验和装调中都取得了良好的效果,证明其能够应用在多种场合。

This paper developed a multifunctional experimental platform for precision measurement. The platform is mainly composed of the scraping plates, grinding rail slide, tune fiat feet, magnetic table accessories and measuring parts. The platform used the modular design, and it is simple structure, easy to operate, easy assembly and disassembly. It can be used either as part of the detection console, as a test bench institution, and also as a platform for alignment of small machines. The platform has achieved good results in parts inspection, test and alignment, a number of experiments proved it can be used in a variety of occasions.
