摘要
为强化口腔医学生临床执业能力的培养,结合口腔医学实践性强的特点,在人才培养过程中注重岗位胜任能力的培养。通过搭建多层次实验教学平台,构建支撑创新应用型人才培养的实践教学内容与体系,规范化建设和管理实验室等措施,建立了完备的口腔医学实验教学平台硬件条件和软件环境,取得了良好的人才培养成绩。
In order to enhance the cultivation of clinical executive ability for dentistry students, it should pay more attention to the post competency during professional education according to the characteristic of stomatologieal high capability. We establish powerful hardware condition and software environment of the laboratory teaching platform of stomatology by the measures of setting up multi-level experimental teaching platform, building practice teaching contents and system to support innovation and applied talent cultivation, standardized construction and management laboratory etc. we also realize the good students quality.
