摘要
实验技术队伍对于建设高水平大学发挥着非常重要的作用。如何正确地对实验技术人员的角色进行定位,使之与创新型人才培养相辅相成,成为亟须考虑的问题之一。现以药学实验技术队伍为例,从目前面临的机遇与挑战入手,阐述了实验技术队伍转型发展的四个方向,并探讨了实验技术队伍转型过程中的三个重要保障措施。激发广大实验人员投身实验室工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,进而提升了自我认同、大大鼓舞了团队的士气并且坚定了信念。
The laboratory technician team plays an important role in the construction of high-level university. In order to support the cultivation of innovative talents, orientating the role of laboratory technician has become a pushing matter. Based on the opportunities and challenges that the laboratory technician faces, the paper took the pharmaceutical laboratory technician team building as an example, and four transition directions and three guarantee measures were discussed. It makes a positive exploration for further investigating the value of understanding and promoting the technical ability of laboratory technician team.
