摘要
高校实验技术队伍是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分。实验技术人员在高水平实验室建设管理、实验教学、创新性科学研究和服务社会中发挥着重要的作用。本文列举了当前高校实验技术队伍面临的窘境,对其症结所在进行了分析,最后提出了加强实验技术队伍建设的几点建议。
Experimental technician team is an important part of talent team of colleges and universities. It plays an important role in construction and management of the high level of laboratory, experimental teaching, innovative scientific research and society service. In this paper, the dilemma faced by the current experimental technician team of colleges and universities is listed out, the crux of the problem is analyzed. Finally, some suggestions that can be used to enhance the construction of the experimental technical team are proposed.
