Strengthening the Experiment Teaching Management of Asset Managers at Art Experiment Center

资产管理员是高校基层的实验室管理人员,在实验教学管理中发挥着重要的作用。资产管理员是实验中心管理的基本力量,其自身的业务水平强弱,以及自身修养素质的高低,直接影响着实验中心整体管理水平。文章阐述了艺术实验中心资产管理员在实验教学管理中的角色分配、工作重点和特殊作用,同时总结了高校资产管理员在实验实践教学管理中应具备的素质,指出了目前高校资产管理员队伍建设的重要性。

Asset managers are the basic laboratory administrative staff of a university, and they play an important role in the experiment teaching management. Asset managers are the basic force of experiment center management. The managers＇ professional skills and quality accomplishments directly affect the overall management of the experiment center. The present paper expounds the role assignment, work focus and special role of asset managers at the art experiment center in experiment teaching management. Meanwhile, it summarizes the qualities that the university＇s asset managers should possess in experiment and practice teaching management, thus points out the importance of asset manager team construction in the university nowadays.
