摘要
脑卒中患者通常遗留有远端肢体功能障碍,且难以经由常规康复治疗改善,因此是康复治疗中所亟须解决的难点问题。脑-计算机接口技术是一种多学科的交叉技术,通过采取被试者基于肢体运动想象的脑电信号,进行分类提取和特征分析,转化为计算机所能识别的信号,从而驱动外部设备。这种无创的新型治疗方式正成为国际上的研究热点,本文将就目前基于运动想象的脑计算机接口技术的应用现状和所存在的问题进行分析。
Stroke patients often cause with lasting motor impairments,especially in the distal extremities. Traditional rehabilitation therapy could hardly improve these motor impairments of distal extremities. Brain-computer interface(BCI) is a multidisciplinary cross technology. It collects participants' electroencephalograph signal based on motor imaginary of certain body part,then pre-process these data and makes feature extraction,and transfer the signal into the computer language to control the external devices.This new non-invasive therapy has become the hot spot in the international research field. In this paper,we will analyze the current state and limitations of the brain-computer interface system based on motor imaginary.
