针灸结合运动疗法治疗老年脑卒中睡眠障碍40例疗效观察

Acupuncture Combined with Kinesitherapy in Treating 40 Cases of Senile Stroke Patients with Sleep Disorder

目的:观察针灸结合运动疗法治疗老年脑卒中患者睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:80例患者按照随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组接受针灸结合运动疗法治疗,对照组口服艾司唑仑片,共治疗4周。治疗前后采用匹兹堡睡眠量表质量指数(PSQI)、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)、中医症状量表、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)、生存质量(QOL)进行评分,观察2组治疗前后各指标的变化。结果:治疗组治疗前后PSQI评分、SRSS评分、中医症状量表评分、Barthel指数评分、QOL评分差值均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸结合运动疗法可有效改善老年脑卒中睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量、中医症状、日常生活活动能力和生存质量,疗效明显优于单纯口服镇静安眠药,可作为老年脑卒中睡眠障碍的有效治疗手段。

Objective：To observe the curative effects of acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy for the treatment of sleep disorder in senile stroke patients. Methods：80 sleep disorder in senile stroke patients were randomly assigned to treatment group（n=40）and control group（n=40）. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and kinesitherapy,and the control group received estazolam tablets for four weeks. The pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）,self-rating scale of sleep（SRSS）,TCM symptom scale,barthel index（BI） and quality of life（QOL） were examined before and after treatment. Results：The difference-value of PSQI,SRSS,TCM symptom scale,BI and QOL in the treatment group before and after treatment was higher respectively than those in the control groups,and the differences were significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy can improve the quality of sleep,TCM symptom,activities of daily living and QOL of senile stroke patients,and its effect is better than that of western medicine. Acupuncture combined with kinesitherapy may be used as an effective method to treat sleep disorder in senile stroke patients.
