从mi RNAs的发现以及其在高血压病发生、发展中的作用,结合中医证候的内涵,分析血清或血浆mi RNAs表达特征与高血压肝阳上亢证相关性研究的可行性,为探索高血压肝阳上亢证研究的科学内涵和防治奠定基础。

This review documented a possibility of the correlations between the mi RNAs expression characteristics in serum or plasma and hyperactivity of liver-YANG syndrome of hypertension（HLYS）. based on the discovery of mi RNAs and its roles in the occurrence and development of hypertension,combined traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of HLYS. This article would proride the basis for the scientific connotation and early prevention and treatment for HLYS.
