摘要
某型角接触球轴承PEEK保持架注塑成型过程中,由于结构具有非对称性,导致冷却后外径椭圆度超差,影响轴承工作稳定性。针对这一问题,提出了在保持架薄弱处设计椭圆加强筋的新结构。采用三因素三水平的正交试验设计方法,在满足保持架性能要求的前提下,研究了加强筋结构参数的设计方法,给出了最佳参数水平组合。结果表明,合理的参数选择可以有效改善保持架椭圆度。
A certain type of angular contact ball bearings PEEK cage in the process of injection molding, because the structure is asymmetric, leading to outer diameter ovality out-of-tolerance after cooling,and affecting the bearing working stability.For the problem, the new structure design of elliptic ribs on thin walls of cage is put forward. Under the premise that the product design could satisfy the demands of the mechanical property of cage, a design method about reinforced ribs structure parameters is studied and the best combination of the parameters based on the orthogonal experiment design method which has three levels and three factors are given. The results show that reasonable parameter selection can effectively improve the voality of the cage.
