Impact of bearing properties for long-arm shearer cutting head on seal

阐述了长臂采煤机截割头部位双列圆锥滚子轴承的各种性能对密封圈使用效果的影响,运用Romax软件计算出在不同轴向载荷、不同轴向游隙时轴承产生的摆动量和两个安装环的趋近量,最后提出轴承在选择、安装、加工控制时的几点建议,为轴承的设计与加工提供一个理论依据,保证了密封圈的密封性能。

This paper illustrates the impact of the properties of the double row tapered roller bearing on the long-arm shearer cutting head on use effect of the seal ring. Romax software is used to calculate oscillating quantity of the bearing and the approaching amount of the two erection rings under different axial loads and axial clearances. Finally suggestions on selection, installation and processing control of the bearing are proposed as a theoretical basis of bearing design and processing to keep seal properties of seal ring.
