摘要
故宫博物院在90周年院庆之际推出的"石渠宝笈特展",创造了多个院史之"最",引发了观众空前的观展热情,一时间成为舆论关注的焦点。"石渠宝笈特展"之所以受到观众热捧,应该说是天时、地利、人和等多方面因素共同使然。通过这一展览可以看出,博物馆要提升公共文化服务水平,需要更多"以人为本",更多注重观众体验;需要扩大博物馆的辐射面,公共文化服务要多样化、经常化;需要针对不同需求开发不同的文化服务,协调好供需关系。
The "Shi Qu Bao Ji" exhibition was held as a special program for the 90th anniversary of the Pal- ace Museum. The exhibition, stimulating the passions of the public and being a featured topic of mass media, has made a number of records in the Museum' s history. The article analyzes the factors that promoted the popularity of the exhibition from the perspective of public cultural service. It suggests that in order to enhance public cultural service, a museum should be more human-based, namely, focusing on visitor experience, creating a wide and diverse scope, and balancing the aim of the exhibition' s curators and the need of visitors.
