Construction of the diversified financial support system of technological innovation-based enterprises under the FTA

文章分析了我国科技创新企业的金融支持体系现存的问题,阐释了自贸区金融体制的改革与创新将有助于释放制度红利,增进金融体制与科技创新的相容性,以及获取相应市场回报,并从政府政策、信贷市场、资本市场、风险分散保障四方面构筑更具效率的政府引导、市场主导型金融支持体系的具体措施。

This paper analyzes the financial support system of the technological innovation-based enterprises.The financial system reform and innovation in free-trade area is beneficial to release system dividend,increase the consistency of financial system and technological innovation to get relevant market return. Also this paper tries to construct more effective measures of financial support system from the perspectives of government policy,credit market,capital market and diversification of risk.
