"一带一路"政策给鞍山市外经贸发展带来了新机遇,包括沿线国家基础设施建设为鞍钢提供了化解过剩产能的途径,为优势企业开展境外投资开拓了新路径,为海城西柳服装打入丝绸之路新市场赢得契机。因此,鞍山市应实施如下策略:抓住政策红利,支持企业输出优质过剩产能;优化出口结构,大力开拓国际市场;扩大招商引资,打造重点产业园区;培育外贸竞争新优势,改善进出口环境。

The Belt and Road policy brings new opportunities to the development of Anshan＇s foreign trade and economic cooperation,including the construction of infrastructure by countries along the line provides the way of dissolving excess capacity,opening up new route for superior enterprises to carry out overseas investment,winning opportunity for Haicheng and Xiliu＇s clothes entering into the Silk Road new market. Anshan should seize dividend policy to support enterprises to output superior and surplus capacity,optimizing the export structure,opening up the world market,expanding investment promotion and capital introduction,building the important industrial zone,cultivating new advantage of foreign trade competition,improving the environment of import and export.
