近几年来,辽宁工业经济发展低迷,面临着产业结构单一、产能过剩等一系列很难破解的问题。国家"一带一路"战略的发布与实施为辽宁工业经济发展带来了新的机遇,辽宁省积极推动"一带一路"战略,并取得了初步的成效。

In recent years,the industrial economy development of Liaoning is sluggish.It is facing a series of difficult problems,such as single industry structure and excess production capacity. The releasing of the Belt and Road strategy brings new opportunities for the new development of Liaoning industrial economy. Liaoning Province is integrating into the strategy actively,and these efforts have achieved some initial results.
