辽宁省学前教育均衡发展的现况分析

摘要 入园机会、师资队伍结构和办园的物质条件是衡量教育公平与发展均衡的重要指标,结合三个指标考察辽宁省城乡学前教育发展的现状,城乡之间不均衡的情况仍然较为严重。有针对性地从"城乡协动"构建均衡优质的一体化学前教育发展体系;加强制度引领,以"倾斜"与"不平"促进均衡和优质;内外结合,提升乡村学前教育自我发展能力入手给予策略性改进,将有助于辽宁省城乡学前教育均衡化目标实现。 Preschool admission opportunities,structure of teaching staff and the material conditions are three indicators measures of educational equity and balanced development. The imbalance between urban and rural areas is still more serious in the current situation in Liaoning province from three indicators measures.The strategies of the system of the integration of preschool education from the " urban and rural coordination",strengthen the system of leading to promote balance and quality from tilt and inequality and internal and external integration to improve the rural preschool education development is propitious to achieve the goal of equalization of urban and rural preschool education in Liaoning province.
