以不全性肠梗阻为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮1例

1病例资料患者,女,21岁,因＂腹痛、腹胀、腹泻1周＂入院。患者1周前无明显诱因下出现腹痛、腹胀,以上腹部脐周明显,伴腹泻,3-4次/d,黄色稀便,无脓血,呕吐4-5次,非喷射性,呕吐物为胃内容物,无发热、寒战,在当地医院考虑胃肠炎,给以抑酸、解痉、抗感染、补液等对症治疗,腹痛略有好转。但3d后再次出现上述症状,且伴有头晕、乏力,当地医院继续给以抗感染、护胃、解痉止痛、补液治疗,

Here we reported a case with incomplete intestinal obstruction as the first manifestation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.Intestinal obstruction is rare manifestation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.Early glucocorticoid and immunosuppressive therapy is the key method to avoid inappropriate surgical and improve the results.
