亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽对断奶仔兔生长和屠宰性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate on Production Performance and Slaughter Performance of the New Zealand White Rabbit

摘要 试验旨在研究亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽对新西兰白兔生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。选用300只35天断奶的新西兰白兔,随机分为5个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复20只。亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽的添加水平为100mg/kg(亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽高剂量组BMD H)、50mg/kg(亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽中剂量组BMD M)、10mg/kg(亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽低剂量组BMD L),0mg/kg(对照组Control),外加杆菌肽锌药物对照组(BZ control),其添加量为50mg/kg,试验期为35天。结果显示:BMD各组和BZ control组的平均日采食量和宰前活重显著高于Control组(P〈0.05),BMD H、BMD M和BZ control组的日增重显著高于Control和BMD L(P〈0.05),BMD H和BMD M的料重比显著小于Control和BMD L(P〈0.05),而在胴体重和全净膛率上,BMD组与Control相比无显著差异(P〉0.05)。在腹泻率和死亡率上,BMD组和BZ con-trol组均显著小于Control(P〈0.05)。研究结果表明日粮中添加亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽对新西兰白兔的生产性能和屠宰性能有促进作用,且以50~100mg/kg的添加剂量效果最佳。 The test aims to research the effect of Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate on production performance and slaughter performance of the New Zealand white rabbit.The 300 weaned New Zealand white rabbits of 35 days were selected, and randomly divided into five groups.Each group has three repeats with 20 rabbits. The ad-dition levels of Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate were 100 mg/kg(BMD H), 50 mg/kg(BMD M), 10 mg/kg(BMD L) and 0 mg/kg(Control), and bacitracin zinc Control(BZ Control) with the adding amount of 50 mg/kg.Trial period was 35 days.The result showed that the average daily feed intake and alive weight of the BMDgroup and BZ control was significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). Daily gain of the BMD H, BMD Mand BZ control was significantly higher than that of the control and BMD L group(P〈0.05). The feed weight ratio of BMD H and BMD M was significantly smaller than that of the control and BMD L group(P〈0.05). But there was no significant difference between BMD group and Control group in carcass weight and the eviscerated rate(P〉0.05), and the diarrhea rate and mortality of BMD group and BZ control group were significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05).These resutts indicated that the addition of Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate in diet had a positive effect on the production performance and slaughter performance of New Zealand White rab-bits, and the dosage of 50~100mg/kg was the best.
