浅谈智慧军工科研院所建设

A Brief Discussion on Construction of the Intelligent Military Research Institutes

分析了建设智慧型军工科研院所的必要性、国内外发展趋势、存在问题等;结合军工科研院所特点,提出了智慧军工科研院所的建设目标和基于PLM/MBD的产品一体化研发平台、基于项目的资源全要素管控平台、基于知识的决策智能化支撑平台等主要建设内容。

This paper analyzes the necessity,development tendency at home and abroad,and existing problems of construction of the intelligent military research institutes. Based on the characteristics of military research institutes,this paper proposes the construction objectives and contents. The construction contents include the research and development platform of the product integration based on PLM / MBD,resource control platform of all elements based on the project and the intelligent decision support platform based on knowledge.
