摘要
本研究利用重组表达的s TRAIL蛋白作为免疫抗原,分别制备了其单克隆抗体和兔源多克隆抗体,并以其为标准蛋白,建立了敏感、准确、特异性强的TRAIL夹心ELISA方法,为TRAIL蛋白在肿瘤中的监测和治疗奠定了基础。
This paper takes s TRAIL protease which was regrouped as antigenicity to prepare the monoclonal antibody and rabbit porycolonal antibody,and takes them as standard protease to establish the TRAIL and EUISA method,which lays a foundation for TRAIL protease monitoring and treating tumors.
