民族传统习俗和惯用法制理念默置下的民族自然法在少数民族地区长期占据主导地位。以神秘宗教法与朴素乡约寨规为主的民族自然法以其独特的社会属性存在并依附于少数民族法制过程当中,随着少数民族法制的规范化、理性化的趋势加强,少数民族自然法在特定的治世环境和法制理念中也不断趋于世俗化,进而使得少数民族自然法逐渐被外界所理解,并在民族区域社会治理中被采纳,无论是森严的程序规则还是朴素的实体规范,民族自然法均不断遵循着自我的内化与理性外修矫正,催生着民族自然法的科学化。

The minority natural law,under the influence of minority transitional customs and conventional law,has long played a prominent role in minority areas. Minority natural law,mainly including mysterious religious law and plain village regulations,exists and is inflicted to minority law system. With the standardization and rationalization of minority lay system,minority natural law has also become earthly and gradually be understood by the outside world and adopted by minority regional social governing. Minority natural law constantly conforms to its rectification and modification,initiating the science trend of minority natural law.
