摘要
全球化时代,对话不仅是在同质化与差异化并存环境中的生存智慧,还是多种关系走向和谐共存的发展目标。贵州民族文化进校园给民族文化与主流文化、国家课程与地方课程、民族学生与非民族学生在走向全球还是坚守地方的迷思中寻到了一条打破"非你即我"的"你中有我、我中有你"的和谐共荣之路。在宏观上可以使民族地区用"美美与共"的文化对话理念参与到区域对话、经济对话、教育对话中,并以此推动民族教育工作新发展新跨越目标的实现;在微观上可以促进民族学生个体发展,增强其地区文化自觉力和身份自主性,进而作为一个合格的国家人参与到全球化竞争中。
Dialogue Status is the coexist ence featured by Harmony and Equality. Dialogue is the way to common prosperity under equal communication. In the time of globalization, dialogue is not only the surviving wisdom in the environment of homogenization and heterogenization, but also the development aim for multiple relationships entering into harmonious coexistence. Ethnic Culture entering campus has provided for ethnic and mainstream culture,national and local curriculum,ethnic and non-ethnic students with the way of Harmony and common prosperity. In the larger sense,the ethnic area can adopt cultural dialogue concept to join the regional,economic and educational dialogues,by which the goal of new development and new leaping of ethnic education work can be reached. In a small sense,the personal development of ethnic students can be promoted,cultural consciousness and identity independence of the area can be enhanced,and then joining global competition as a qualified nationalist.
