四川藏区旅游业推进新型城镇化发展的效应及路径研究——以阿坝州九寨沟县为例

The Effect and Path of the Urbanization Development Promoted by Tourism in Tibetan Areas of Sichuan Province:Taking Jiuzhai County in Aba Prefecture for an Example

旅游业推进新型城镇化发展已成为民族地区经济社会可持续发展的重要途径,九寨沟县的旅游城镇化建设对于四川藏区新型城镇化建设具有典型的代表意义。九寨沟县旅游业对新型城镇化发展体现为县域经济极化效应、产业发展推进效应、生态环境优化效应、城镇人口聚集效应四个方面,但以旅游促进新型城镇化的过程也存在诸多挑战和不足,应从加强生态环境建设、丰富旅游文化内涵、推动旅游产品多样化发展、加快幸福社区建设、加强非物质文化保护传承等方面来不断完善旅游城镇化发展路径。

The way of promoting new type of urbanization development by tourism has become an important economic development one in ethnic minority areas. The way like this is of typical representative significance to the undeveloped ethnic regions. Jiuzhai county tourism industry have some effects as follows： polarization, ecological environment protection,economic growth and population gathering. There exist a lot of challenges and drawbacks in the process of that kind. In order to booster the new type of urbanization in a better fashion, we should strengthen the construction of ecological environment, enrich the cultural meaning, diversify tourism products and strengthen the protection and inheritance of non-material culture and heritage.
