摘要
目的分析近7年全市无偿献血者分布情况及血液检测不合格情况,为有针对性的开展无偿献血宣传和招募提供支持,发展壮大固定无偿献血队伍,减少血液报废,控制经血传播疾病。方法收集2008年-2014年全市无偿献血者资料信息和HBs Ag、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、抗-TP和ALT等检测指标的检测结果,运用SPASS17.0统计软件进行比较分析。结果高中学历的无偿献血者占比最高达36.97%,本科以上献血者最少,固定无偿献血者血液检测不合格率较低,55-60岁血液检测不合格率最低。全部标本的不合格率整体趋势呈逐年下降,年度不合格率比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总不合格率为4.41%。其中HBs Ag为0.64%、抗-HCV为0.17%、抗-HIV为0.01%、抗-TP为0.29%、ALT为3.26%。不同人群检测指标阳性率不同,不同年龄段献血人群检测指标阳性率统计分析差别有统计意义(P<0.05)。不同学历人群检测指标阳性率比较差别有统计意义(P<0.05)。不同性别比较,检测指标阳性率差别有统计意义(P<0.05,抗-HIV除外)。结论应有针对性的开展无偿献血的宣传和招募,做好采前健康征询和快筛检查。
Objective To analyze the distribution of unpaid blood donors in the past seven years in Bayannur and to in- vestigate the disqualification in blood tests, to support and carry out specific publicity and recruitment of volunteer blood do- nors, to grow a fixed unpaid blood donation team, and to reduce wastes of blood resources and transmitted diseases by blood transfusion.Methods Information on the unpaid blood donors in the city during 2008-2014, including HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, anti-TP and ALT, were obtained using SPSS17.0 statistical software for comparative analysis. Results Unpaid blood donors with a high school education accounted for up to 36. 97%. Donors with a bachelor degree or above accounted for the least number of blood donors. The disqualification rate of fixed unpaid donors is low. The age range from 55 to 60 accoun- ted for the lowest rate of disqualification. All specimens experienced an overall decline year by year. The annual rates were compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The total percentage of qualification was 4. 41%. The detection of HBsAg was 0. 64%, anti-HCV was 0. 64%, anti-HIV 0. 01%, anti-TP 0. 29%, and ALT was 3.26%. Different populations had different positive rates which were statistically significant (P〈0. 05), when comparing age, education back- ground and gender (except for anti-HIV). Conclusion Specific and targeted publicity and recruitment of unpaid blood do- nors should be carired out. Health consultation and rapid screening should be conducted before transfusion.
