针对性心理护理在前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血的临床应用

Clinical application of targeted psychological nursing in hemorrhage after cesarean section in placenta previa

目的探讨针对性心理护理在前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血的作用。方法选取2014年10月~2015年10月期间我院收治的100例前置胎盘产妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上给予针对性心理护理干预,观察两组患者护理前后焦虑或是抑郁的情况,并对两组患者护理后产后出血量、产后24h出血量、疼痛评分进行统计学分析。结果两组患者护理前抑郁以及焦虑评分的差异经统计分析P〉0.05,没有统计学意义,而经过护理后两组患者的情绪评分均有所改善,但是观察组患者的分数明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者产后出血率比对照组患者低,并且产后出血量以及产后24h出血量均少于对照组,差异经对比检验具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用于前置胎盘术后出血产妇及时、准确的心理干预,可以帮助患者恢复正确的心理状态,提高产妇以及新生儿的生活质量,促进产后出血良性转归,具有临床护理推广的价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of targeted psychological nursing in hemorrhage after cesarean section in placenta previa. Methods 100 pregnant women with placenta previa cured in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups（n=50）. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. Patients in observation group were treated with psychological nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after nursing were observed. The postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage and pain scores were statistically analyzed. Results The scores of pre- care depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were statistically significant（P〉0.05）, but the scores of the patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group. The differences were compared and tested, and there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The postpartum hemorrhage rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, and postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage were less than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant by contrast test（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The timely and accurate psychological intervention in the patients with placenta previa can improve the quality of life of mothers and neonates, and promote the benign outcome of postpartum hemorrhage.It has the value of clinical nursing promotion.
