三种国产质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性食管炎的成本-效果分析

Cost effectiveness analysis of three domestic proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

目的研究和分析三种国产质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性食管炎的成本-效果。方法选取自2015年1月~2016年1月来我院治疗的反流性食管炎患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为三组,其中A组30例予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片（丁齐尔）10mg,2次/d,早晚饭前口服;B组30例予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊（金奥康）20mg/次,2次/d,早晚饭前口服;C组30例予埃索美拉唑肠溶胶囊（莱美舒）20 mg/次,2次/d,早晚饭前口服。治疗8周后复查胃镜评价疗效,并比较三组的C/E值、敏感度。结果三组患者治疗后的总有效率分别为96.7%、90.0%、93.3%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。A组雷贝拉唑的C/E比最小,说明雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的成本-效果最好。敏感度分析结果显示成本-效果与原分析基本保持一致。结论三种国产质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性食管炎均取得了较好的疗效,但从药物经济学角度分析显示,雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎经济效果更好,是更为经济有效的选择。

Objective To study and analyze the cost- effectiveness of three domestic proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 90 patients with reflux esophagitis cured in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into three groups, including 30 cases of group A, which were treated with Enteric-coated Tablets（Ding Qier） l Omg, 2 /d, morning and evening meals oral,30 cases of group B, which were treated with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules（Jin Aokang） 20 / Mg, 2 /d, morning and evening meals oral, and group Cof 30 cases, which were treated with esomeprazole enteric coated capsules（lesmills Shu） mg / 20 times, 2 times /d, morning and evening meals oral. After 8 weeks treatment, the curative effect was evaluated by gastroscopy, and the C/E value and sensitivity of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the three groups after treatment were 96.7%, 90%, 93.3%, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The C/E of group A was the least, and it showed that the cost effectiveness of the treatment of Bella in the treatment of reflux esophagitis was the best. Sensitivity analysis results showed that the cost effectiveness was consistent with the original analysis. Conclusion The three kinds of proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of reflux esophagitis are achieved good curative effect, but from the perspective of pharmacoeconomics, ray Bella with the treatment of reflux esophagitis has better economic effect. It is the more economical and effective choice.
